Purpose and legal basis
The data is used only to review your associate CEO application and to arrange the exchange that follows. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Retention period
CVs and application data are kept for 24 months after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. To exercise it, write to the contact above. You may refer the matter to the CNIL if needed.
