These terms govern access to and use of the HetForge site. By browsing the site, you accept them.
Access to the service
The site is accessible free of charge. We strive to keep it available, without any guarantee of continuity.
Nature of the relationship
HetForge is a service of Hetmos France. We recruit associate CEOs for the studio projects; we do not recruit employees. The terms of the association, including shares, compensation and commitments, are set out in the contract. No promise of results or of a specific compensation is made on the site. Any reference to fundraising points to HetCap and constitutes neither an offer nor investment advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Nanterre have jurisdiction.
